The scans and search index of the lutheran church records of Weener are available at FamilySearch.

There are two children named "Sander Cadee" born around that time, both with a mother called "Grietje":

05.11./06.12.1829 Sander. parents: Johannes Cadee & Grietje Hendriks Aaltuiker [

"Saunder" is incorrect: "Sander" comes from Alexander.  Sanders is (in this context) incorrect too: it's not a first name but a patronymic.

Grietje comes from Margaretha, so "Margaret Cadee" could be either Grietje Harms Klok or Grietje Hindriks Aaltuiker (with Cadee being her married name).

Maybe you get a hint from the names Sander gave to his children?
